Vanessa Farinelli-Kruse began her professional career as a Systems Improvement Engineer for one of the largest telecommunications companies in the U.S. Responsible for customer experience optimization through systems and logic design, she was quickly promoted to a senior position, where she managed the lifecycle of projects, from systems and user interface analysis, design and requirements specification phases, to software testing and post implementation operations.
Vanessa was later in charged with overseeing the International Long Distance business unit, and was responsible for managing, developing and overseeing marketing and CRM communications and initiatives.
With her background in engineering and experience in customer interface design, project and business management, and interpersonal skills, Vanessa remains dedicated to customer-centered strategies and implementation.
